Plaintiff Divya Gadasalli had sued the Cayman Islands company in federal civil court for its alleged role in cashing out the scammed crypto, which she had bought on Coinbase. Gadasalli also named Jerry Bulsa, Dong Lian, Danyun Lin, TD Bank, Abacus Federal Savings Bank and Poloniex.
