“Digital assets are any digital representations of value that are recorded on a cryptographically secured distributed ledger or any similar technology,” according to the draft instructions. “For example, digital assets include non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and virtual currencies, such as cryptocurrencies and stablecoins.”
