Florida Man Pleads Guilty to Wire Fraud Conspiracy Tied to Forcount Crypto Ponzi
Juan Tacuri, 46, of Florida, pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud in the Southern District of New York (SDNY), a charge which carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.
