Federal Judge Gives Voyager Digital Approval to Conclude Billion-Dollar Deal with Binance.US

The regulatory body raised concerns that there is no proof that the transaction complies with US Securities law.  A federal bankruptcy judge in the US, Michael Wiles, has given Voyager Digital the go-ahead with its modified restructuring plans, which include Binance.US buying its assets. Iran is moving forward with its central bank digital currency (CBDC) plans, completing preliminary research for the launch of a potential digital rial.
