Blockchain-based lending company Figure Technology Solutions has filed publicly for an initial public offering in the US, joining a slate of crypto companies that have entered the market. The New York-based firm plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol “FIGR” with Goldman Sachs, Bank of America and Jefferies Financial Group leading the IPO.
