One of its research centers is the Center on Finance, Law and Policy, a multidisciplinary fintech collaboration. UMich has hosted multiple initiatives including the Michigan Ross FinTech Initiative, Tech 2022 Fintech Challenge, and Fintech Challenge 2019.
