According to the filing, submitted on Friday, Trump holds the position of “manager, president, secretary and treasurer” at CIC Digital LLC and CIC Ventures LLC. In February, decentralized Solana trading protocol Hadeswap acquired SMB from its original founders and transferred its ownership to HadesDAO, promising to respect the project’s legacy.
