K+S is a remarkable German company; this is the second time they’ve allowed us to visit their underground mining operations!
In this video, we’re at their Bernburg rock salt mine, where hardworking people have mined pure rock salt since 1912!
After traveling over 500 meters down the main shaft, we found ourselves in the caverns almost too big to believe. And there are hundreds of these rooms throughout the mine!
