BitBox, the Singapore-based cryptocurrency exchange operated by internet messaging giant Line, announced that it will delist XRP on Jan. 16. A long-term bitcoin price resistance has come into play for the first time in two months. The widely-tracked 100-day moving average (MA), currently located at $7,945, was breached in the early Asian trading hours, according to Bitstamp data. An update from the courtroom shows that Venkata S. Meenavalli, the CEO of the embattled crypto firm Longfin, has finally yielded to paying a disgorgement fine of $400,000.
