A few weeks after Binance delisted the Bitcoin SV altcoin, self-proclaimed Satoshi Nakamoto, Craig Wright, has slammed the world’s largest crypto exchange calling it a ‘super bucket shop’.
In an interview with Finder, Wright accused Binance of engaging in wash trading and money laundering:
You have things like CZ (Changpeng Zhao, Binance CEO) there and Binance which is super bucket shop which are basically money laundering organizations. They wash trades and money laundering. That’s how they make money.
Additionally, Wright also alleged that the leading cryptocurrency exchange engages in market manipulation. Per the self-proclaimed Satoshi, Binance engages in pumping the prices of cryptocurrencies with ‘pre-announcement stuff’ before shorting. Wright estimates that they could make ‘a 100 times the sort of money that they have stolen’ from such activities.
Man Suing to Shut Others up Equates BSV Delisting to Censorship Attempt
Wright also explained that BSV’s delisting on some exchanges and the attacks on him were meant to quieten him. This was with a view of preventing him from exposing the ills in the cryptocurrency sector:
This is why they don’t want me talking. They want to shut me up. Because this is a criminal organization.
Besides Binance, Wright also alleged that Kraken and Shapeshift crypto exchanges also engage in money laundering and wash trading activities. Per the self-proclaimed Bitcoin creator, they are able to achieve this since they have ‘no order trail unlike Bitcoin’:
What these guys do is they take money from around the world and they pump it through their system and back out through Tether, which is also a criminal money laundering system, so that it gets lost in the banking industry… So that’s what things like Binance are really about. Then they can link them to others like Kraken and get them into a semi-legitimate one. Or others like Shapeshift.
Craig Wright Unfiltered
In Wright’s view, the actions of these companies serve to support criminal activities like drug smuggling and human trafficking. The self-proclaimed bitcoin creator alleged that Zhao is personally culpable stating that ‘people like CZ support illegal drug industries’
Wright also took a potshot at U.S. presidential candidate and cryptocurrency influencer, John McAfee. While accusing Binance of market manipulation, Wright alleged that McAfee was an accomplice:
So they (Binance) do basically the pre-announcement stuff, some of which Mr. Conman John McAfee there helps with… he will scam something up pump up the price, get people to put their savings and investments into, and they will short the crap out it.
So What do CZ and McAfee Have in Common?
The attacks on Zhao and McAfee seem to stem from the fact that they have both rejected Wright’s claim to be Nakamoto. Earlier this month, Zhao rubbished Wright’s claim to be the creator of bitcoin in an emphatic tweet.
Craig Wright is not Satoshi.
Anymore of this sh!t, we delist! https://t.co/hrnt3fDACq

This was after Wright threatened to sue prominent cryptocurrency personalities for failing to recognize him as the creator of Bitcoin.
McAfee has also equally rejected Wright’s claim. Mid-month, McAfee stated that he was ‘100%’ certain that Wright was not the acclaimed creator of bitcoin.
Enough is enough! There at least a dozen crypto adherents who know the true identity of Satoshi. I can assure you, 100%, it is NOT Craig Wright. This absurd claim of Craig’s is incomprehensible. Mr wright: Have you no shame? Seriously sir! Have you no shame?

A few days after Zhao’s threat to delist Bitcoin SV, the Binance CEO honored his word. Other exchanges that followed Binance in delisting BSV included Kraken and Shapeshift. Now they are all in the crosshairs of Craig Wright.
