In this video, I discuss the importance of spreading the Bitcoin hash rate globally by putting Bitcoin mining machines in as many homes and businesses as possible. This will help to mitigate censorship attacks by governments on large regulated Bitcoin mining companies.
Bitcoin mining has many industrial applications and can use energy from sources like stranded renewable energy, methane gas from garbage dumps, and otherwise flared or vented natural gas or methane.
