Meghan Markle and Prince Harry took the ultimate risk by fleeing their royal nest.
That risk isn’t quite panning out.
On the one hand, Meghan Markle has made some very minor progress with her Hollywood dreams.
On the other hand, her family, including baby Archie, are now living in danger in Los Angeles.
Meghan and Harry have reported drones flying over their L.A. mansion, which, according to sources, they must treat as a ‘terrorist threat.’ On top of that, the Sussexes are reportedly unable to pay for their own security.
It might be time for the couple to cut their losses and move back to the U.K. Or anywhere except Los Angeles.
Meghan Markle & Prince Harry Report Terror From Above
According to The Daily Beast, drones have flown over the couple’s mansion at least five times this month. Each time, they called the police.
Why? A source close to the situation told the publication that they couldn’t just assume it’s paparazzi.
The source said:
Meghan received racist death threats at the time of her wedding, so the terror threat is very real for them.
The drones have allegedly been flying as low as 20 feet above them.
Imagine if you were in their shoes facing that, how that would feel? To have drones buzzing around 20 feet above your head when you are trying to play with your son?
But that’s not all.
The Sussexes & Their ‘Incredibly Dangerous’ Paparazzi Chase
The paparazzi allegedly noticed them driving last month. Two cars started “chasing” Meghan Markle and Harry, driving “very erratically,” and nearly causing a T-bone crash.
The source called the chase “shocking” and “incredibly dangerous,” adding:
But the reality is people are following and tailing them every day. They are trying not to let the aggressiveness get to them. Protecting their family is their top concern.
As these threats continue to pile up, the couple cannot even pay for their own security. Prince Harry’s daddy has reportedly stepped in and footed the $5 million annual bill.
The real question is, can they afford to remain in Los Angeles?
Hollywood Is Not Worth It
Meghan and Harry said part of the reason they fled the U.K. was to escape the constant badgering from the tabloids.
The move to L.A. would make zero sense if that were their real intention.
Why would they pack their bags and move to Los Angeles–the paparazzi capital of the world? It seems like they just wanted to make a name for themselves outside of the royal family.
Meghan Markle’s Hollywood aspirations are no secret. But now she’s placing her son Archie in direct danger.
Hollywood is all but shut down during the pandemic, and no one knows how long it will last.
Is it really worth it to stick around? Meghan Markle voiced one terrible narration of an elephant documentary and nothing of note since.
And Prince Harry is reportedly pining for the only life he has ever known. Some even suspect his mental health is at risk.
It would be embarrassing to crawl home with their tails between their legs. But at least it wouldn’t be tragic.
