Google Phone Production
Google was founded in September 1998 by Larry Page and Sergey Brin while they were Ph.D. students at Stanford University in California. Together they own about 14 percent of its shares and control 56 percent of the stockholder voting power through supervoting stock. They incorporated Google as a California privately held company on September 4, 1998, in California.
The core business solution of Google revolves around Internet-related services and products, which include online advertising technologies, a search engine, cloud computing, software, and hardware. The Google phone production outfit is partly enhanced as a result of the company’s partnership with major electronics manufacturers around the world.
The company is well recognized for designing the Android mobile operating system, its major push into the world of mobile devices. The company released its first smartphone Nexus One in 2010 and was soon replaced by the Pixel Phone series which was released after the production of the Nexus One was discontinued in 2016.
Reviewing Google New Pixel Phones
Dieter Bohn reporting for theverge.com reviewed the Pixel 4A phone and highlights some of the phone’s key features.
“Google has gone with its first hole-punch display, an OLED screen that’s 1080p and quite good for this price range. The 5.8-inch display puts the Pixel 4A at the lower end of Android phone sizes these days, but it’s quite comfortable to hold and sturdy within its plastic body. Google has kept stereo speakers in the Pixel 4A, which is a rarity at this price point. It has also kept the headphone jack, which is a rarity at any price point,” noted he while giving a comprehensive review of the products.
The Pixel 4A comes with impressive in-built RAM and storage, a feature that places it on a competitive lane with its pairs. The phone runs on a 6 Gigabyte RAM and a 128 Gigabyte ROM. Its Android 10 feature will offer a good speed incentive for a device priced that low.
Google has come under criticism in recent times for not being able to play on a competitive level with respect to advanced phone productions when compared to its peers. The release of the Pixel 4A is an ushering into the 5G enabled Pixel 4A 5G and Pixel 5 respectively. A major focus for Google includes content streaming, document download, and gaming. With a well-laid framework to leverage these offerings among users worldwide, the Google Pixel Phones may grow to be one of the best selling smartphone brands in the world following the likes of Apple Inc (NASDAQ: AAPL) iPhone 11 and iPhone SE as well as Samsung Electronics Co Ltd (KRX: 005930) Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra amongst others
