Ethereum core developers finalized late Thursday a list of six different code changes to be activated for ethereum’s next system-wide upgrade, Istanbul. As agreed in prior meetings, Istanbul will be executed in two parts. Ethereum (ETH) core devs once again discussed the proposed Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC)-resistant Proof of Work (PoW) algorithm ProgPoW during their weekly meeting on March 15. Mauritius Regulators to Approve Digital Asset Custodian Licensing Framework

The Mauritanian Financial Services Commission (FSC) is establishing a regulatory framework for digital asset custodian services, according to an official announcement published on Feb. 8.
