CloudCoin announced the launch of its cloud-based digital currency July 15. With no blockchain, public ledger, accounts or encryption, CloudCoin claims it is the most private digital currency ever created. South Korea Declares Andong City as Blockchain-Free Trade Zone to Boost Medical Hemp Production

South Korea’s national government has declared Andong (located in the Gyeongbuk province) as a “regulation-free” zone for blockchain development.
