El Salvador to introduce Bitcoin education in schools by 2024

The Ministry of Education of El Salvador and the nonprofit, nongovernmental organization Mi Primer Bitcoin (MPB), meaning “My First Bitcoin,” partnered to add Bitcoin (BTC) education to public school curriculum by 2024. John Dennehy, the founder of MPB, confirmed to Cointelegraph that this is a project of the Ministry of Education that MPB is assisting with, along with Bitcoin Beach. A report from the World Federation of Exchanges (WFE) noted that 40% of the crypto trading platforms are decentralized and make use of distributed ledger technology. On the other hand, the majority, or 60%, of platforms make use of Central Limit Order Books (CLOBs), quite similar to regulated exchange platforms.
