Yes, that’s right —president. John McAfee tweets his presidential intentions to “best serve the crypto community by providing the ultimate campaign platform for us.”
McAfee hopes to give the cryptocurrency community a stronger voice and box on which to stand. His presidential bid came June 3rd, with a look towards the 2020 US presidential election.
In spite of past refusals, I have decided to again run for POTUS in 2020. If asked again by the Libertarian party, I will run with them. If not, I will create my own party. I believe this will best serve the crypto community by providing the ultimate campaign platform for us.

He’s under no illusions of him winning, though. McAfee simply wants to use his potential candidacy as a platform to help move crypto forward.
Don’t think that I have a chance of winning. I do not. But what truly changes America is not the president, but the process of creating one. If my following is sufficient I get to stand the world’s largest stage and talk to the everyone, as I did last time, to tell the truth.

Needless to say, McAfee’s become a big voice for crypto – will he one day be a big voice for America as well?
Would you vote for John McAfee if he made it that far?
