Martha Stewart is back in the news cycle for her most recent product. She’s selling a new line of “CBD pâte de fruit.” That’s a fancy word for weed gummies. Check out her ad:
She’s teamed up with cannabis powerhouse Canopy Growth Corporation to create a new line of edibles inspired by some of Stewart’s favorite recipes and ingredients.
I pop 20 of them and just feel OK, but some of my friends do two and feel high, I don’t know why. It’s not high like a marijuana high. It’s a CBD high, like, relaxed.
She did serve her time, so we don’t have to bury her. But it doesn’t explain why the press continues to gush about her.
The Media Has a Crush on America’s Favorite Criminal
The recent NYT article about Stewart is titled, “Martha Stewart, Blissed Out on CBD, Is Doing Just Fine.”
The author calls her a “goddess” and proceeds to walk us through a typical fairy-tail day on her 153-acre farm. Will she drink a “Martha-rita”? Only if she has guests!
Another publication, The Zoe Report, calls her “the hostess with the mostest,” and the “queen of entertaining.”
The goddess reeks, I mean, speaks. | Source: Twitter
Haven’t we been bowing down to corrupt billionaires for far too long? Why should we promote this woman who was accused of insider trading? Since when do ‘goddesses’ sell their stock in a company right before it plummets and then lie to prosecutors about it?
