3 reasons why Bitcoin miners are selling BTC — and why it’s not capitulation

Crypto analysts, traders and anonymous influencer Bitcoin pundits on X (formerly known as Twitter) frequently interpret what Bitcoin miners do with their block rewards as a sentiment gauge for where BTC price might go.  According to the strategy, Bitcoin miner rewards sent to exchanges foreshadows pending sell pressure on Bitcoin price and possibly reflects distress among miners. Here’s FTX Founder Sam Bankman-Fried’s Trial Schedule

During a hearing earlier Thursday, Judge Lewis Kaplan, who is overseeing the trial, asked the prosecution and defense to estimate how long they expect their respective cases to last. Assistant U.S. Attorney Danielle Kudla said the Department of Justice estimated their case taking four to five weeks.
