Russian Official Seeks Extradition of Alleged Bitcoin Fraudster Alexander Vinnik

Russia’s Commissioner for Human Rights Tatyana Moskalkova has asked Greek Justice Minister Michalis Kalogirou to extradite the alleged former operator of now-defunct crypto exchange BTC-e, Alexander Vinnik, to Russia.
