Jeffrey Epstein & ‘Filthy Rich’ Might Just Be America’s Final Straw

  • Jeffrey Epstein documentary “Filthy Rich” is out on Netflix.
  • His “outrageous deal” is highlighted, at a time when Americans have witnessed some outrageously tragic deals.
  • This contrast of justice could be too much for the public to accept.

The documentary “Filthy Rich” just hit Netflix. It documents the secret and seedy underworld of billionaire Jeffrey Epstein, as told by his victims.

It’s infuriating enough that Epstein is no longer alive to face justice. It’s even more upsetting that he was quite alive when he evaded justice in 2007.

Facing 53-pages of federal sex trafficking charges, Epstein received the “deal of a lifetime” from federal prosecutor Alex Acosta. He served minimal jail time and had his records sealed.

The documentary comes out at a time when someone else received the “deal of a lifetime.” His name is George Lloyd. He was choked to death under the knee of a Minneapolis police officer.

Jeffrey Epstein Gets His ‘Outrageous’ Deal

Jeffrey Epstein was suspected of trafficking underage girls from his home in New Mexico, and his island in the Caribbean.

In 2006, he was charged with multiple accounts of unlawful sex with a minor. The FBI even investigated him for “child prostitution.”

The prosecution had substantial evidence.

According to retired Palm Beach Police Chief Michael Reiter, who supervised the investigation,

This was not a ‘he said, she said’ situation. This was 50-something ‘shes’ and one ‘he’ — and the ‘shes’ all basically told the same story.

According to The Miami Herald,

Epstein could have ended up in federal prison for the rest of his life.

But he didn’t. He didn’t come close.

He barely spent more than a year in jail. The FBI probe was shut down. Strangely, the deal even granted immunity to “any potential co-conspirators.”

His list of potential “co-conspirators” reads like a list of “Most Influential Men in the World.” Epstein has been friends with Prince Andrew, Bill Clinton, Donald Trump, and Bill Gates, to name a few.

One of his victims, Michelle Licata, told The Miami Herald,

I don’t think anyone has been told the truth about what Jeffrey Epstein did. He ruined my life and a lot of girls’ lives. People need to know what he did and why he wasn’t prosecuted so it never happens again.

‘Filthy Rich’ Is Released at an Incredible Moment

Netflix unknowingly scheduled the release of this bombshell documentary in the middle of an incredibly tense moment. George Lloyd, a black man, was just murdered by Minneapolis police.

He was never charged. He never talked with a team of lawyers. And Lloyd certainly never ran a child trafficking ring. But that day, he received the death sentence.

Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey explains the incident,

For five minutes, we watched a white officer press his knee into a Black man’s neck. Five minutes. When you hear someone calling for help, you’re supposed to help. This officer failed in the most basic, human sense.

This event comes on the heels of the Ahmaud Arbery shooting. The viral video of Amy Cooper, aka “Central Park Karen,” has been stoking the fire.

None of these men had a chance to defend themselves.

Jeffrey Epstein, a rich white man, molested “50-something” children. He was put in jail for a comically short time and then continued to traffic children.

Why? We all know the answer.

Epstein’s Case Is Nothing New

Epstein hired one of the top legal teams that money could buy.

He secured Alan Dershowitz – who defended O.J. Simpson – plus Kenneth Star, who investigated the Clintons. And for good measure, he added a senior partner at one of the country’s most prestigious law firms, Jay Lefkowitz.

Freedom should not be a commodity that only the wealthy can afford. Most Americans wouldn’t have the money to defend themselves against false accusations, let alone real ones.

Meanwhile, people like Jeffrey Epstein, R. Kelly, and billionaire heir Robert H. Richards evade justice for heinous acts.

Epstein’s infamous prosecutor Alex Acosta would even go on to become Donald Trump’s Secretary of Labor.

The injustice, inequality, and ineptitude are overwhelming. Americans are already mad, and now they should utterly be enraged.

They can’t afford to keep quiet any longer.
